VideoPro is building Africa's leading video production network. We connect multinationals, NGOs, media houses, and foreign crews with reliable local production teams across the continent through our digital production platform. We're expanding and need entrepreneurial business developers who can open doors, build relationships, and drive growth. You will identify, engage, and close clients who need video production services in Africa. This is a hunter role - we need people who can prospect, pitch, and convert leads into long-term clients.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or client acquisition (media, production, or creative industries preferred)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Ability to prospect, pitch, and close deals with minimal supervision
• Understanding of video production or creative services (even basic)

Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential clients across target sectors
• Build outreach lists and engage decision-makers (producers, marketing directors, communications leads)
• Leverage LinkedIn, email, networks, and industry events to create opportunities
• Present VideoPro's value proposition clearly and compellingly
• Understand client needs and match them with our production capabilities
• Conduct discovery calls and coordinate with our operations team for quotes
• Negotiate project terms and pricing
• Guide clients through our process from inquiry to contract
• Ensure smooth handoff to production teams for execution
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients for repeat business
• Position VideoPro as their go-to production partner across Africa
• Gather feedback and market intelligence to improve our offering
